The valuation section within Aspasia provides all the tools and facilities to build up a complete dossier on the property leading up to it being marketed. The optional checklist functionality can be employed here to ensure that absolutely nothing is overlooked before the property becomes available for marketing. Properties are held in the valuations area of Aspasia whilst all appropriate information is collated.
