For those organisations who don't want or have the time to introduce their own letters into Aspasia, SPA have teamed up with a well known consultancy run by Nita Nicola who will create complete sets of letters conforming to current legislation for them.  Please see our prices page for cost details.

Electronic Payments

Aspasia has an interface to Albany Software's ALBACS-IP electronic funds transfer solution.  Used mainly in lettings this permits the payment of landlords and suppliers electronically from your account to theirs resulting in reduced administration, reduced costs and happier customers/suppliers who get paid more efficiently.

ALBACS-IP collects information from Aspasia and performs a series of validation and modulus checks before submitting the file to BACS. Funds are then simultaneously credited/debited between bank accounts with the relevant acknowledgements and receipts being fed back into ALBACS-IP electronically.
