Introduction

Aspasia can be used with any supplier of floor plan services or any floor plan product on the market.  The floor plans produced can be stored in the Aspasia database or on a supplier's Internet server as required.

However, SPA Microsystems have worked with Metropix to produce a very slick interface with their offering which makes the integration of the two products very easy indeed.  Metropix provides a simple and easy to use floor plan drawing solution and also, uniquely, a 3D Walkthrough which is created directly from the floor plan.

Floor plans are drawn online at www.metropix.co.uk. An average sized house typically takes less than 10 minutes to draw and is ready to use immediately. The service costs just £34.95 + VAT per month per office (less if there are four or more offices) and as many floor plans can be drawn as are needed.

3D Walkthroughs are created directly from a floor plan within a few hours – no other information is needed. The viewer is guided from room to room and is able to choose between different furnishings, decoration and flooring types - even while actually watching the tour. The result is that potential purchasers can not only get a real feel as to the size and layout of the property but also visualise how they might furnish or refurbish a property to make it their ideal home.
