Any customer with login access to an Aspasia agency web site can be given on-line access to copies of all letters on the system that relate to them.  These will most commonly take the form of Microsoft Word documents created within Aspasia which are displayed in a customer's browser whether or not he or she has a copy of Word on the machine which is used to access the copy documents. 

This feature is particularly useful in a lettings environment where inspection reports and the like can be made easily available on-line to landlords and tenants.

Agency staff can easily flag any item of correspondence as being available or not for review over the Internet.  This facility can also be used for any document scanned or otherwise captured and stored in the database against the customer record.
