Having found suitable properties, communication with the applicant can be undertaken by traditional mail, e-mail, SMS Text Messaging or telephone as desired.

Applicants viewing the agency web site can provide their details which are then automatically recorded in the main system together with a trace of the selection criteria they used to search for properties. No double entry of applicant details is required. All such information is permanently stored in the database and is used on a continuous basis to be automatically matched with suitable properties as they become available to let.
