One of the main problems many estate agents have in the eyes of the public is one of image. The public conception is often that estate agents fees are easy money and they don't really understand what an estate agent has to do to earn his fee.

Available to Vendors and Landlords, this option will report on all activity related to the marketing and viewing history of the property. It will produce statistics on the number of property details sheets sent out, the number of people who have viewed the property and so on. It also shows the number of people who have viewed a customer's property via the agency web site.

It will (optional) even give feedback on the comments made by people viewing the property. This is of course particularly useful if the property has some attribute that needs urgent attention to enable a sale or indeed if the property is over priced.

By using this feature an estate agent can always rest assured that his customers have the facility to see for themselves the effort he is putting in to sell or rent their property.  Communication is so often the key.
